To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone gets their glam time, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or missed appointments without notice—will result in a no-show fee at 50% of the cost of the service booked, as time and resources have been set aside just for you. We totally understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re always happy to work with you in the case of emergencies. But repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book in the future.
